Louis Dirosa jr was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. While he’s also lived in Boston, Massachusetts, New Orleans will always be home.
Currently, Louis works in New Orleans as an attorney who specializes in torts, class actions and federal criminal cases. He also serves as a teacher at the high school level where he teaches civics and American history. In addition to his instruction at high schools, Louis also serves as an adjunct professor of criminal justice at local colleges.
During his career, Louis has also spent many hours working in the public sector while serving as an Assistant City Attorney in the New Orleans Municipal and Traffic Courts, and as an attorney for the Louisiana Legislative Bureau, a division of the Louisiana State Senate.
Louis comes from a family that goes back many generations in New Orleans and remains very active in both state as well as local politics.
Louis’ educational background comes from the University of New Orleans.
